The universal models are equipped with an adjustable cover which can be used either closed, or closed with rear rake, or open, dependent on the type of work.
- The "Perfect" Chopper is Low, Compact, heavily constructed and suits any tractor
- The full length rear roller with skids at both sides provides easy handling and excellent terrain adjustment.
- Flexible indirect drive through oil bath gearbox with spiral toothed gears and V-belts with spring loaded automatic belt tensioner.
- Vibration free flail rotor suspended in self adjusting heavy duty bearings. Flail rotor speed 2100 RPM at 540 RPM of P.T.O
- Heavy duty flails (5 lbs ) manufactured from resistant workhardened spring steel.
- Cutting height adjustable from 3/4" to 4-3/4"
- Excellent pulverization - Cuts wood up to 2-1/2" (KL-models) or 4" (BG/BK/KG/KK - models) diameter. No further work to collect or remove cut material.
- The parallelogram allows for a quick and easy adjustment of the offset. Optional: ram for hydraulic offset.
- Minimum maintenance.
- All flail choppers can be equipped with a brush sweeper attachment, which can be supplied with the machine as an option, or as an accessory kit for later installation.
- Series BG/BK amd KG/KK are also available as front mounted models both at 540 and 1000 RPM P.T.O
